Small Top End bloodwood with large spreading shade canopy and incredibly showy clusters of large cream flowers. Colourful red-brown bark on lower trunk transitioning to smooth white upper branches. Widely found across open woodland on sandy to gravely soils and open plains. Forms a lignotuber. Partly deciduous in dry season. 7-10M
